I came to Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts for help with a Chin Revision. I had a great experience with Dr. Fathimani, he was very informative and honest. I came in for an oral surgery problem which he handled with great care and expertise, but also had some questions about aesthetics offered at the practice and he was great and did not try to push anything on me. Would highly recommend and now that my medical issue has been fixed by him I made an appointment to return to him for some cosmetic treatments.

My son was struck in the mouth during a high school baseball game. We went to the emergency room, and they suggested Dr Fathimani. We went to see the team at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts. Excellent care and experience at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts! Dr. Fathimani and staff were top notch the whole way through for my wisdom tooth surgery. Being a bit older for the procedure, I was worried about post surgery, but everything went extremely smooth from the initial consultation and booking to the procedure and recovery afterwards. I was able to manage pain easily with ibuprofen only and avoid narcotic pain medications. Dr. Fathimani is highly educated and proficient, caring, and explains everything easily and takes the time to answer all questions comprehensively. i had a wisdom tooth close to a nerve that needed taken out with surgery. I was able to make an appointment quickly with RMSA and get the surgery the following week. The surgery was quick and painless, and I recovered quickly!
I love this team! I came in with an emergency situation and was instantly able to see the surgeon. Dr. K, as I call him, is hands on. He is extremely good at what he does. He explains everything, presents you with a documented plan and has the patience of the Pope. His surgical assistant is knowledgeable, seamless and so friendly. She's wonderful. His receptionist is on top of your costs, insurance verification, and getting this information to you timely. She's very accommodating! I could go on and on. He is the best doctor I have had the pleasure of ever meeting. I went to him to have a wisdom tooth removed and ending up talking about my underbite that I had for years. Long story short he was very nice helped me every step of the way and was in constant communication and my byte, jaw and breathing is way better because of him. I had a major surgery and it was completely painless because of him.

What is Chin Implant Surgery?
Chin implant surgery is a cosmetic procedure performed to improve the appearance of the chin. This can be done by increasing the size of the chin, improving the shape of the chin, or both.
The surgery is usually performed using an implant made of silicone, a soft, pliable material that feels similar to human tissue. The implant is placed under the skin and over the bone of the chin, so it makes the chin look more prominent and well-defined.
Chin Implants vs. Sliding Genioplasty
Chin implants are made of solid materials, such as silicone or Gore-Tex. They are inserted through incisions inside the mouth or underneath the chin and sit on top of the bone to create a more fully projecting chin. Chin implants instantly add volume to your chin, making it look fuller and more prominent, which enhances your facial contours.
Sliding genioplasty, on the other hand, involves moving the bone of the chin forward. This is done through an incision made in the gum line, and the bone is then “scored” so that it can be moved.
