I truly cannot recommend Dr. Fathimani and his facility highly enough.

After two previous chin surgeries that left me with lingering issues and pain, I was extremely cautious about trusting another surgeon—especially for such a delicate and visible area. This third surgery felt like my last chance to get things right. From the moment I consulted with Dr. Fathimani, I knew I was in the right hands. His expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery and facial cosmetic surgery gave me immediate confidence. He understood the nuances of my specific case and explained everything with a level of clarity and care I hadn’t experienced before.

I traveled all the way from Florida to be treated at his practice after connecting with another patient online who had a similar experience and spoke highly of Dr. Fathimani. It was the best decision I could have made.

Naturally, going into a third surgery, I had a lot of fears and countless questions. Dr. Fathimani was patient, responsive, and genuinely caring—he personally answered my emails and phone calls and even reached out before the procedure to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Never once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions or wasting his time. After surgery, he continued to follow up to ensure I was healing well and satisfied with the results. That kind of dedication is rare.

The facility itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and far beyond the standard medical office. It’s a space that immediately puts you at ease.

Dr. Fathimani has an incredible ability to balance aesthetics and function. His approach is thoughtful and thorough, and he always explains options as if he were advising a loved one. I’ve never received this level of personalized care from any physician I’ve seen before.

Special thanks to Diana, the receptionist and coordinator, who was a lifesaver throughout the process. When my local radiology center delayed sending important scans, she stayed on top of it and did everything she could to help. She’s warm, professional, and genuinely kind.

The rest of the staff were just as wonderful. I was nervous before surgery, but the OR team helped calm my nerves, chatting with me and making the experience as comfortable as possible—even during the not-so-fun part of getting an IV.

Speaking of which, Dr. Mill from Peak View Anesthesia provided the general anesthesia, and his care was equally top-notch. He was kind, reassuring, and truly excellent at what he does.

This team is the definition of a dream surgical group. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Even though I live across the country, Dr. Fathimani will always be my first choice for any future procedures. They turned what could have been a deeply stressful experience into something positive through their compassion, skill, and unmatched professionalism.

I came to Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts for help with a Chin Revision. This was my 3rd facial surgery, and I was looking for help correcting issues with not just my appearance but also with constant pain and discomfort. I had a great experience with Dr. Fathimani, he was very informative and honest. I came in for an oral surgery problem which he handled with great care and expertise, but also had some questions about aesthetics offered at the practice and he was great and did not try to push anything on me. Would highly recommend and now that my medical issue has been fixed by him I made an appointment to return to him for some cosmetic treatments.

My son was struck in the mouth during a high school baseball game. We went to the emergency room, and they suggested Dr Fathimani. We went to see the team at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts. They were nothing short of amazing. Procedure was completed within 5 days. Dr gave use his cell phone. He responded when we called. On our follow-up we told Dr Fathimani we were looking for a mask to help protect my son's teeth. On the way home he called with suggestions. I highly recommend Dr. Fathimani and his team. When I came in with a health scare regarding my jaw, I was feeling very stressed and overwhelmed. Excellent care and experience at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts! Dr. Fathimani and staff were top notch the whole way through for my wisdom tooth surgery. Being a bit older for the procedure, I was worried about post surgery, but everything went extremely smooth from the initial consultation and booking to the procedure and recovery afterwards. I was able to manage pain easily with ibuprofen only and avoid narcotic pain medications. Dr. Fathimani is highly educated and proficient, caring, and explains everything easily and takes the time to answer all questions comprehensively. Would highly recommend him and Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts to anyone!

I love this team! I came in with an emergency situation and was instantly able to see the surgeon. Dr. K, as I call him, is hands on. He is extremely good at what he does. He explains everything, presents you with a documented plan and has the patience of the Pope. His surgical assistant is knowledgeable, seamless and so friendly. She's wonderful. His receptionist is on top of your costs, insurance verification, and getting this information to you timely. She's very accommodating! I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, I wont go anywhere else. It's great!

THE BEST in town! First of all, I was recommended to come here to see Dr. Fathimani for my upper jaw. While I was there he went through an entire assessment, upon arrival I saw that he also does Morpheus8 and Juvederm. Since then he has created a customized treatment plan for me, I cannot believe my results!! THEY ARE PHENOMENAL, I love coming here it is so luxurious and friendly! Dr. FATHIMANI And his team are literal angels on earth. I had an invasive wisdom teeth removal and I couldn’t have asked for a better office. The education provided before the procedure helped ease all my stress. My care did not end when my procedure did, the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for. I traveled from Nashville for a bone grafting procedure with PRF. After researching OMS's I chose Dr. Fathimani based on his training, experience and the consultation. At the consultation he was thorough and patient answering all of my questions.
The procedure was smooth and the recovery easy and manageable. He's followed up several times after the procedure which was thoughtful.
BTW I too am and oral surgeon and had many choices. I'm glad I went with Dr. Fathimani and RMSA. Highly recommend!!!!

He is the best doctor I have had the pleasure of ever meeting. I went to him to have a wisdom tooth removed and ending up talking about my underbite that I had for years. Long story short he was very nice helped me every step of the way and was in constant communication and my byte, jaw and breathing is way better because of him. I had a major surgery and it was completely painless because of him.

I truly cannot recommend Dr. Fathimani and his facility highly enough.

After two previous chin surgeries that left me with lingering issues and pain, I was extremely cautious about trusting another surgeon—especially for such a delicate and visible area. This third surgery felt like my last chance to get things right. From the moment I consulted with Dr. Fathimani, I knew I was in the right hands. His expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery and facial cosmetic surgery gave me immediate confidence. He understood the nuances of my specific case and explained everything with a level of clarity and care I hadn’t experienced before.

I traveled all the way from Florida to be treated at his practice after connecting with another patient online who had a similar experience and spoke highly of Dr. Fathimani. It was the best decision I could have made.

Naturally, going into a third surgery, I had a lot of fears and countless questions. Dr. Fathimani was patient, responsive, and genuinely caring—he personally answered my emails and phone calls and even reached out before the procedure to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Never once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions or wasting his time. After surgery, he continued to follow up to ensure I was healing well and satisfied with the results. That kind of dedication is rare.

The facility itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and far beyond the standard medical office. It’s a space that immediately puts you at ease.

Dr. Fathimani has an incredible ability to balance aesthetics and function. His approach is thoughtful and thorough, and he always explains options as if he were advising a loved one. I’ve never received this level of personalized care from any physician I’ve seen before.

Special thanks to Diana, the receptionist and coordinator, who was a lifesaver throughout the process. When my local radiology center delayed sending important scans, she stayed on top of it and did everything she could to help. She’s warm, professional, and genuinely kind.

The rest of the staff were just as wonderful. I was nervous before surgery, but the OR team helped calm my nerves, chatting with me and making the experience as comfortable as possible—even during the not-so-fun part of getting an IV.

Speaking of which, Dr. Mill from Peak View Anesthesia provided the general anesthesia, and his care was equally top-notch. He was kind, reassuring, and truly excellent at what he does.

This team is the definition of a dream surgical group. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Even though I live across the country, Dr. Fathimani will always be my first choice for any future procedures. They turned what could have been a deeply stressful experience into something positive through their compassion, skill, and unmatched professionalism.

I came to Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts for help with a Chin Revision. This was my 3rd facial surgery, and I was looking for help correcting issues with not just my appearance but also with constant pain and discomfort. I had a great experience with Dr. Fathimani, he was very informative and honest. I came in for an oral surgery problem which he handled with great care and expertise, but also had some questions about aesthetics offered at the practice and he was great and did not try to push anything on me. Would highly recommend and now that my medical issue has been fixed by him I made an appointment to return to him for some cosmetic treatments.

My son was struck in the mouth during a high school baseball game. We went to the emergency room, and they suggested Dr Fathimani. We went to see the team at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts. They were nothing short of amazing. Procedure was completed within 5 days. Dr gave use his cell phone. He responded when we called. On our follow-up we told Dr Fathimani we were looking for a mask to help protect my son's teeth. On the way home he called with suggestions. Excellent care and experience at Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts! Dr. Fathimani and staff were top notch the whole way through for my wisdom tooth surgery. Being a bit older for the procedure, I was worried about post surgery, but everything went extremely smooth from the initial consultation and booking to the procedure and recovery afterwards. I was able to manage pain easily with ibuprofen only and avoid narcotic pain medications. Dr. Fathimani is highly educated and proficient, caring, and explains everything easily and takes the time to answer all questions comprehensively. Would highly recommend him and Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts to anyone!

I love this team! I came in with an emergency situation and was instantly able to see the surgeon. Dr. K, as I call him, is hands on. He is extremely good at what he does. He explains everything, presents you with a documented plan and has the patience of the Pope. His surgical assistant is knowledgeable, seamless and so friendly. She's wonderful. His receptionist is on top of your costs, insurance verification, and getting this information to you timely. She's very accommodating! I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, I wont go anywhere else. It's great!

THE BEST in town! First of all, I was recommended to come here to see Dr. Fathimani for my upper jaw. While I was there he went through an entire assessment, upon arrival I saw that he also does Morpheus8 and Juvederm. Since then he has created a customized treatment plan for me, I cannot believe my results!! THEY ARE PHENOMENAL, I love coming here it is so luxurious and friendly! Could not suggest Dr F more, his front desk team and his medical assistants are the kindest people--RUN DON'T WALK!!

Dr. FATHIMANI And his team are literal angels on earth. I had an invasive wisdom teeth removal and I couldn’t have asked for a better office. The education provided before the procedure helped ease all my stress. My care did not end when my procedure did, the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for. I traveled from Nashville for a bone grafting procedure with PRF. After researching OMS's I chose Dr. Fathimani based on his training, experience and the consultation. At the consultation he was thorough and patient answering all of my questions.
The procedure was smooth and the recovery easy and manageable. He's followed up several times after the procedure which was thoughtful.
BTW I too am and oral surgeon and had many choices. I'm glad I went with Dr. Fathimani and RMSA. Highly recommend!!!!
